The project presents the concept of a compact single-family home, with a structure placed on two levels, mezzanine and ground floor. The home has a basement garage for two cars, which is connected to the interior spaces. Also in the mezzanine, it was proposed to create an office overlooking the courtyard.

The ground floor is at a higher elevation than the street position, ensuring a view over the entire area, on all sides of the house. The living area with the living room and the kitchen, which are located at the back, have an opening to the forest and are naturally lit by large windows. And in the front part, 4 bedrooms were proposed, each with a dressing room and its own bathroom.
