At the request of the beneficiaries, the rehabilitation and expansion of an existing building was desired. The concept involves increasing the comfort level of the home and creating connected spaces, namely the creation of a partial attic for the new family. In the front part, facing the street, the construction includes three bedrooms, and the back part, includes the access area, a kitchen and a living room that opens onto the pergola-type terrace.
